Michelle Galuszka is an accomplished development professional with over 15 years of experience leading fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth for mission-driven organizations. She has successfully designed and executed multimillion-dollar campaigns, built high-performing development teams, and cultivated strong relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations. Her expertise spans major and planned giving, grant management, events, marketing, and internal culture building—consistently driving increased revenue and long-term sustainability. She holds a B.S. in Communication and is deeply committed to advancing equity and community through strategic philanthropy.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle is married to Adam and is a proud mom to two daughters, Reese and Ellie. Their family wouldn’t be complete without their sweet dog, Lola. Michelle loves spending time in the mountains hiking and unwinding at the beach—anywhere she can soak up the beauty of nature and recharge.
